W. Henry Harmon
Dr. Harmon has been a part of the Appalachian exploration industry for 30 years, leading one the the most skilled teams of professionals in an effort to expand and develop the boundaries of the eastern producing Basin.
He founded Triana Energy in November 2000 and also served as President and CEO of Union Drilling, Inc., a non-affiliated contract drilling company in Appalachia from 2000 to 2003. He had previously worked with the Columbia Energy Group for 22 years where he served as President and CEO of several of its non-regulated energy subsidiaries, including Columbia Natural Resources. Under his leadership, CNR grew from a valuation of $300 million to its ultimate sale in November 2005 for nearly $3.2 billion.

Richard W. Beardsley
Mr. Beardsley is widely recognized as the premier geophysicist in the Appalachian Region for his work in the discovery and definition of Eastern Overthrust, Rose Run features in Ohio, and the Trenton-Black River discoveries now redefining the potential of this Basin. He was selected by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists to receive its first ever "Explorer designation.
He was one of the original founders of Triana Energy and has served as its Vice President of geoscience and exploration. He has over 30 years experience in Appalachia and is broadly recognized as an outhority in the region.

Shawn E. Casey
Mr. Casey has been an integral part of the oil and gas industry since 1984, managing land and corporate acquisitions, marketing and volume management. He was formerly responisble for managing Columbia Natural Resources' nearly 4 million acre property base and its' numerous joint venture partnerships. He is widely known among Appalachian producers and was responsible for the dramatic expansion of CNR's mineral holdings from 1998 to 2000.

Ray Prudnick
Mr. Prudnick is a petroluem engineer with over 20 years of engineering, operations and management experience with U.S. companies in both the Gulf Coast and the Appalachian areas. He previously led Appalachian operations for Cabot Oil & Gas, and a unit of CDX Gas. He has extensive experience in reservoir enginerring, drilling and production engineering, as well as extensive operations and management experience in the Appalachian Basin.

Mark Chandler
Mr. Chandler has been Vice President and CFO of Triana and its predecessors since 1989. He is a central figure in all M&A transactions and in negotiating major credit facilities. Previously, he was CFO for Columbia Natural Resources and was a partner in the firm, Chandler and Lockhart, CPA’s. He is a board member of the Charleston Area Medical Center and former chair of the WV Society of CPA’s.

James H. Dissen
Mr. Dissen has been Vice President of Corporate Development for Triana and its predecessors for twelve years, overseeing the integration of twenty corporate acquisitions. Previously, he had been responsible for Human Resources and Labor Relations management for Columbia Gas System subsidiaries for 30 years. He is chairman of the Star USA Federal Credit Union and Highland Hospital, and is chair of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce's Human Resources Committee.

James A. Jarrell
Mr. Jarrell is a former General Counsel of Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation. He has over 25 years experience in the natural gas industry as in-house counsel, as manager of Asset Management for Columbia and as a private practitioner with law firms in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He has a broad experience in commercial contract work and regulatory law and has worked as consultant to a number of private law firms and in-house legal departments.

James "Eddy" Grey
Vice President, Civil Engineering and Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Grey recently rejoined the Triana Services team in late February, 2010 after spending approximately five years with Chesapeake Energy (CHK) and formerly the Columbia Natural Resources (CNR) / Triana Energy team since late 1989. He has degrees in both Civil Engineering and Surveying from WV University Institute of Technology. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer, currently licensed in the states of WV, OH, KY, PA, MD, NY, VA, and TN, and a Registered Professional Surveyor, licensed in the state of WV.
